英國紅茶一些問題&翻譯 - 花

我剛收到三罐英國買來的紅茶三罐上面有著不同的名字第一罐是English Breakfast第二罐是Earl Grey第三罐是Afternoon Blend請問大大這三罐分別是什麼茶??這三罐是不是要在不同時間喝阿?? 如果是的話 分別是什麼時間呢??另外後面還寫了一堆英文 不太懂 請大大幫我翻譯一下Boil freshly drawn cold water.
